The Childhood Drowning Prevention Foundation & Big Kahuna Swim Academy is seeking a seasoned service-driven professional to serve as the face of our organization.
This role is intentionally designed for someone who is not in between jobs not exploring options and not passing timebut instead looking for a place to plant roots and grow long-term in a mission-driven organization.
If you are looking for a temporary role while pursuing something else this will not be the right fit.
Schedule (Non-Negotiable)
- Mondays: 9:00am 12:00pm
- Wednesdays: 9:00am - 12:00pm
- Fridays: 9:00am 12:00pm
- Saturdays: 8:00am 10:00am
Your Role
You will be the first and lasting impression of our organization.
- Deliver a consistent caring and professional experience for every family we serve (in person by phone email social media and via text)
- Support families with scheduling enrollment and program questions
- Ensure seamless communication between clients instructors and leadership
- Assist with booking billing support and account updates
- Maintain a calm organized and welcoming environment
- Anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise

- Proven experience in a client-facing or administrative role
- Strong communication skills (in person phone written)

- Comfortable with scheduling systems and technology

- Comfortable working in a poolside environment
Compensation
- Training $16.90/hour
- After training competition at $19/hour
