WHAT YOULL DO
- Answer inbound calls texts and emails from prospective and current clients
- Guide families through enrollment registration and scheduling
- Follow up with leads in a timely warm and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records in our client management systems
- Support client retention by proactively communicating with families
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- Represent CDPFs mission in every single interaction
WHO WERE LOOKING FOR
- Warm professional communicator on the phone via text via email and in person
- Detail-oriented organized and able to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- Genuinely mission-driven youll be talking about preventing childhood drowning every day and it should mean something to you
- Reliable: you show up follow through and dont need to be chased
- Coachable: you take feedback and apply it immediately without defensiveness or excuses
- Emotionally mature: you represent our families with grace and professionalism even on hard days
- Experience in sales customer service or administrative roles required
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent face-to-face verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with phone-based sales and follow-up
- Tech-savvy enough to manage a CRM and basic scheduling tools
- Commitment to CDPFs mission this isnt just a job for our team
COMPENSATION & DETAILS
- Starting at $19/hour commensurate with experience
- Based primarily at our Norco HQ: 5th St and Hamner Norco CA 92860
- Year-round position
