Job Summary
Are you a dental hygienist who values building genuine relationships with your patients We are representing a close-knit single-doctor practice in Seattle that treats their staff and patients like family. This is a truly collaborative dental home and they are looking for an RDH to join their team every Monday. If you are someone who enjoys a warm familial atmosphere and believes in treating every patient with the same level of care you would provide your own mother this role is a wonderful opportunity.
The practice operates with a focus on quality time providing one-hour recall appointments and 90-minute blocks for new patients and SRP procedures. It is a busy well-coordinated environment with three hygiene columns and a doctors column running simultaneously. Role Overview
Schedule: Mondays 7:45 AM 5:00 PM (Lunch: 12:00 PM 1:00 PM).
Compensation: $65.00 - $78.00per hour (based on years of experience).
Clinical Expectations:
Single-column hygiene practice with a focus on co-diagnosis.
Responsibilities include standard hygiene duties room flipping and tray sterilization.
Commitment to high-quality personalized patient care is the top priority.
