RN Home Health (Travel Contract)

Location: Hyannis / Yarmouth MA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Setting: Home Health

Pay: $2761/week (Negotiable)

Schedule:

Day Shift 8 hrs/day 40 hrs/week
MondayFriday
Occasional weekends & holidays

Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments
Develop and manage care plans
Monitor patient progress
Coordinate with care team
Supervise Home Health Aides
Complete documentation (admissions visits discharges)
Educate patients and families

Requirements:

Active RN license
CPR Certification
1 year experience (or 6 months with BSN)
Home Health/IV experience preferred
Basic computer & communication skills
