MondayFriday 8:00 AM4:00 PM. Hybrid position with inoffice work as needed; frequency varies based on program needs and operational circumstances.

What you bring:
Bachelors degree in child counseling development or psychology social services or vocational counseling or related social science field plus at least four (4) years of experience in a mental health field.
BBS licensure as LMFT or LCSW preferred
Valid California Drivers License.
Meets Agency driver eligibility criteria
How you will make a difference
- Overall responsibility for the oversight and leadership of the Central Star Total Quality Management Program under supervision and guidance of the Regional Director of Quality Assurance (RDQA). Leads and maintains all systems related to TQM for Central Star including all Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) efforts coordination with SBHG Executives Program Managers and staff.
- Coordinates the audit system including monitoring of the audit system to assure that all monthly audits are occurring on time and being conducted correctly. Assists with assuring that all corrections are being followed through. Consults with Regional Director of Quality Assurance (RDQA) with questions regarding clinical quality of documentation. Assists with keeping audit tools up to date and working with internal programs to ensure fidelity to the audit system.
- Ensures maintenance of all outcome measures including data collection consolidation and reporting.
- Participates as a member of the Central Star Management Team. Attends management meetings.
- Hires trains and provides direct supervision (support training and performance evaluation) for the QA Coordinator and Administrative Program Coordinator
