Job Summary
The Mission
We are looking for a Lead Solution Architect to drive the development of next-generation AI-powered web applications. You will bridge the gap between Databricks data platforms and modern web architectures building intelligent production-ready applications that integrate LLMs real-time data and scalable cloud infrastructure.
This role combines architecture leadership with hands-on full-stack development helping shape our transition toward Databricks Apps and serverless AI solutions.
What You Will Do
Architect cloud-native AI applications integrating LLMs vector search and real-time data.
Design end-to-end web solutions from frontend to backend.
Implement RAG pipelines model serving and AI agents in production.
Lead cross-functional teams (Full-stack AI Data).
Build and maintain backend services in Python and integrate them with React (or Angular) frontends.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Ensure quality through testing CI/CD and cloud-native best practices.
Qualifications :
Your Background
10 years in software engineering designing distributed systems
Strong full-stack experience (React FastAPI)
Sharp product vision and UX/UI intuition
Expert-level Python
Hands-on experience with LLMs vector databases or RAG architectures
- Familiarity with Docker CI/CD pipelines and relational databases
Nice to Have
Experience with Databricks (Lakebase MLflow Unity Catalog)
Experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain AutoGen)
Experience with full-stack
Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams
