As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound efforts across multiple channels.
This is a pure hunter role ideal for someone who thrives on activity rejection and continuous improvement.
You will play a key role in driving revenue by booking qualified meetings with decision-makers in B2B SaaS companies. You have to be a phone beast since most of the time youll be making cold calls.
Responsibilites
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls 70% email 15% and LinkedIn 15%).
- Generate near to 7-8 qualified meetings per month.
- Build and manage outbound sequences with automation tools.
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts in B2B SaaS Companies.
- Qualify leads based on ICP and business needs.
- Collaborate with leadership and founders on messaging and strategy.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline tracking.
- Continuously optimize outreach performance.
Qualifications :
- 1 years of SDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment (MUST).
- Proven track record in cold calling and outbound sales (MUST).
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot or similar).
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo dialers and outbound platforms.
- Strong English communication skills (C1 preferred).
- Comfortable with high activity metrics and performance targets
- Highly motivated competitive and results-driven.
