Would you like to shape the next generation of decision-support methods that help wind energy deliver reliable cost-effective power in an increasingly complex energy system At DTU Wind and Energy Systems we study how wind assets interact with electricity markets grid constraints and policy frameworks-and how better operational decisions under uncertainty can increase long-term value and security of supply. We invite applications for a DTU Tenure Track Assistant Professor position focused on decision analytics and integrated operational strategies for wind energy assets in coupled systems.

Responsibilities
Wind energy assets now operate inside tightly coupled technical economic and regulatory this position you will develop and evaluate decision-support approaches that connect asset physics and reliability with market signals grid constraints and evolving policy conditions. Your research will be framed as decision problems spanning multiple time horizons-from operational control and maintenance planning to lifetime extension and long-term planning-under both aleatory and epistemic uncertainty.

Salary and terms of employment
