In Business Intelligence we provide commercial finance insights and support to the entire business. Our responsibility includes financial planning and reporting on key figures and KPIs profitability analysis and business partnering. We work with all departments within the company and as such there is ample opportunity to form connections with other departments in all countries within our larger region consisting of the Nordic and Baltic countries.
Main areas that we want you to support:
Reporting analysis and data management tasks including but not limited to sales performance margin pricing on orders expenses etc.;
Preparation of management reporting to our headquarter in Germany;
Update of reporting tools;
Customer contract and bonus coordination;
Creation and validation of credit notes;
Governance and compliance;
Ad hoc reporting for key stakeholders around the region.
The ideal candidate:
You are a university student with relevant study areas within Business Administration or Economics.
You are a bachelor or master student with 2 years left of your studies.
You can take responsibility for your work areas and work independently but also as a part of teams.
You have an eye for detail and strive to complete your tasks in a timely and precise manner.
You are able to structure your study/work load to be flexible around monthly and annual deadlines.
You are curious and with a desire to learn new things fast.
You are experienced with Excel and Office in general and eager to learn more.
You understand and speak English at a professional level and can communicate clearly with different stakeholders at different levels of the organization. Additional languages are also an advantage but not required.
