Role Summary and Impact

  • Be part of the product leadership team that develops and executes the product strategy business model and value proposition forCommerce Product.
  • Provide day-to-day visiondirectionand motivation to the cross-functional product team including product management data analystsengineersand product enablement.
  • Partner with Product Leadership to shape and execute a 12-18-month product roadmap emphasizing rapid value realization through lean and iterative methodologies. Set clearobjectiveswith teams and ensure alignment of plans and workstreams to achieve them.
  • Utilize data to drive product strategies and plans gathering quantitative and qualitative feedback from stakeholders to enhance product adoption and usage continually.
  • Provide direct leadership and management totheProduct Managersin the team aligning resources and priorities to support overarching businessobjectiveseffectively.
  • Promote best practices of Product Management and Ownership throughout the teamidentifyingand implementing areas for improvement. Offer guidance and coaching to Product Managers and Product Owners to elevate processes tools and ways of working.
  • Support development teams through definition of requirements product reviews user acceptance testing and sign-off against requirements and specifications.
  • Proactively engage and manage the expectations of senior internal and external stakeholders and their them up to date with strategic direction and the product roadmap and communicate new product releases to ensure successful advocacy and adoption

Skills and Experience

We are seeking an experiencedProduct Directorfor our Commerce MediaeRetailand contentplatform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing channels particularly within performancefocused retail and commerce sectors and experience in managingand deliveringstrategicproductdirection within a large company. You should have a proventrack recordofconceptualizing developing and deploying complexproductsolutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior executive management.

You will be a part of a vibrant group collaborating with specialist and business teamsdemonstratingyour technical knowledge growing your soft/interpersonalskillsandto helpdevelop and improve the product offerings of Choreograph.

Leveraging thisexpertise you will closely collaborate with the broaderproductleadership team to ensure that strategy effectively aligns with and advances our overarching vision across the entire product portfolio and to provide our agencies and their clients with a competitive advantage through the application of data and technology.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Proven track record in product management or product development roles preferably within the digital commerce / advertising industry.
  • Extensiveexpertisein digital advertising technologies platforms and industry trends.
  • Strong comprehension of howCommercedata&technology isutilizedby agencies and advertisers to bolster theirclientsbusiness operations and strategies.
  • Proficiencyin leading and implementing agile development frameworks for delivering technical products coupled with experience collaborating with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
  • Possess a strategic mindset capable of quick learning creative thinking andidentifyinginnovative solutions and methodologiesleveragingnew and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive and lead infast-paced dynamic product-centric environment.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic adept at working under pressure meeting deadlines and consistently delivering results.
  • Exceptional communication presentation and influencing skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations thatinspire and exciteand foster productive collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
