As aSurgical Account Manager you will be trusted to drive strategic customer engagement and commercial growth across designated accounts in South Sweden(Skåne - Linköping).

In this role a typical day will include:

  • Collaborating with eye care professionals and internal stakeholders to solve access and delivery challenges

  • Developing and executing tailored sales and business plans to meet account-specific targets

  • Building long-term relationships with key customers by understanding their needs and proposing impactful solutions

  • Leading contract negotiations and guiding initiatives that support account development

  • Organizing customer events and contributing to strategic planning with marketing and medical teams

WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:

  • Bachelors degree in business life sciences or a related field

  • Several years of experience in sales account management or healthcare industry roles experience within ophthalmology is required/an advantage

  • Strong analytical skills CRM proficiency and ability to interpret market data

  • A proactive collaborative mindset with a focus on customer success and compliance

  • Fluent Swedish and English language skills
