Business Development Manager
Thomasville GA (Serving Thomas Colquitt Grady & Tift Counties)

Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Build relationships with insurance agents property managers and local businesses
- Generate leads through networking outreach and events
- Plan lunch-and-learns CE classes and marketing initiatives
- Lead and develop sales/marketing team members
- Track performance using Sales Fore and Sales Metrics
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in sales marketing or business development
- Strong background in B2B or outside sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated organized and goal-oriented
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally
