Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card
- Experience: 01 year in customer support or a related role
- Skills: Strong communication analytical and problem-solving abilities
