Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone email and chat.
  • Assist customers with product information order issues and general inquiries.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • What We Are Looking For
    • Fluency in Dutch (C1level) and good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
