Role Overview:

As a Trust & Safety Analyst you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content including text images and videos to ensure it aligns with company policies community standards and relevant regulations. Your critical thinking sound judgment and cultural awareness will be essential in maintaining platform integrity and fostering a safe user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Review: Assess user-generated content to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
Fair Moderation: Apply policies consistently while making objective and unbiased decisions
Community Safety: Contribute to a respectful inclusive and secure online environment
Policy Compliance: Follow established moderation procedures and stay up to date with policy changes
Escalation Handling: Recognize complex or sensitive cases and escalate them appropriately
Ongoing Learning: Keep current with policy updates platform developments and best practices to ensure high-quality moderation

Requirements:

Language Skills: Proficiency in German (C1/C2) and English (B2).
Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
Experience: 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
Skills: Strong critical thinking communication and decision-making abilities.
Mindset: Objective detail-oriented and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
