Work Type: Remote (within Braga area)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 17:00
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Lithuanian-speaking Customer Service Specialist with good English skills to join our remote team based in this role you will support customers by providing high-quality service and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone email and/or chat

Assist customers with inquiries issues and product-related questions

Requirements

Native or fluent Lithuanian and good level of English
