Job Summary

Drive Conversion Growth Across High-Impact Digital Brands

Comrade Digital Marketing is looking for a Senior UX & CRO Strategist to build and lead our conversion rate optimization function across key internal brands.

This is a high-impact role for a strategic and hands-on CRO leader who knows how to improve website performance through data experimentation UX insight and funnel optimization. You will take ownership of conversion performance across our websites identify friction points develop testing roadmaps and work cross-functionally to turn traffic into qualified leads.

If you have a proven record of increasing conversion rates improving user journeys and turning analytics into action this role offers the opportunity to shape a core growth function with real business visibility.

Location: Remote (Eastern Europe) - Russia Ukraine Poland Belarus Romania Bulgaria Hungary the Czech Republic Slovakia and Moldova)

Employment Type: Part-time / Contract / Potential for Full-time

Compensation: $3000$4000 USD per month

About the Role

Our websites are primary revenue engines for lead generation. This role exists to centralize ownership of conversion rate optimization and create a structured repeatable approach to improving how visitors convert into qualified prospects.

Today CRO efforts are spread across marketing design and development. We want to bring that function under one owner who can establish strategy prioritize experimentation and drive measurable business results across the Comrade Digital Marketing and Grow Law brands.

What Youll Own

  • Conversion optimization across Comrade Digital Marketing and Grow Law websites
  • CRO and UX audits across key landing pages and funnel stages
  • A structured experimentation and A/B testing roadmap
  • Funnel and user journey optimization
  • Lead quality and conversion efficiency improvements
  • Cross-functional implementation of UX recommendations with marketing design and development teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and improve website conversion performance across internal digital properties
  • Develop and execute a structured CRO and experimentation roadmap
  • Launch monitor and analyze A/B tests and implement winning variations
  • Map and optimize user journeys and conversion funnels end to end
  • Audit and improve analytics infrastructure including GA4 GTM heatmaps and event tracking
  • Identify user friction points and behavioral bottlenecks through data analysis
  • Partner with developers designers content SEO and marketing teams to implement UX improvements
  • Produce CRO reports and strategic insights tied to measurable business impact

What Success Looks Like

  • In the first 6 to 12 months success will be measured by clear performance outcomes including:
  • Increased visitor-to-lead conversion rates
  • Increased demo or booking requests
  • Increased qualified lead generation
  • Optimized landing pages across Comrade Digital Marketing
  • Stronger funnel structure and conversion paths across the website
  • Actionable CRO recommendations for Grow Law including major UX improvements or guidance on a new website structure if needed

What Were Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 5 years of experience in CRO UX optimization or growth experimentation
  • Proven success improving website conversion rates with measurable results
  • Case studies or examples showing clear conversion improvements
  • Experience with B2B or professional services websites
  • Strong experience with GA4 funnel analytics and experimentation frameworks
  • Hands-on experience running A/B tests and interpreting results
  • Experience with heat mapping tools such as Microsoft Clarity Hotjar or similar
  • Strong English communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience optimizing lead generation funnels
  • Experience working with digital marketing agencies or marketing companies
  • Strong familiarity with Google Tag Manager and event tracking
  • Experience collaborating closely with UX/UI designers
  • Experience working with U.S.-based markets or clients
