Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - RTR
In this role The Fixed Assets AM oversees the lifecycle of the organizations fixed assets ensuring accurate accounting compliance and strategic asset management. This role plays a key part in financial / MIS reporting audits and CWIP monitoring.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end fixed asset processes: acquisition capitalization depreciation transfer and disposal
Maintain accurate asset registers and ensure timely reconciliation with general ledger
Develop and enforce asset policies and procedures in line with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS)
Lead internal and external audits related to fixed assets
Collaborate with finance procurement and operations teams to optimize asset utilization
Monitor capital expenditures and support CWIP monitoring and alignment
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
B. Com Graduate

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
MBA In Finance/Chartered Accountant
Experience in SAP ERP
Good experience MS Excel
Good in Written and Verbal communication
