Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers via chat email and online platforms with a wide range of travel-related inquiries

Handle bookings for flights hotels car rentals and activities including changes and cancellations

Provide clear and accurate information on travel plans entry requirements baggage rules and refund procedures

Assist with account-related issues payments and loyalty or rewards programs

Identify urgent or complex cases such as delays or missed connections and escalate when necessary

Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain high service standards

Achieve performance targets related to quality and response times

Stay informed about travel policies destination updates tools and process improvements
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Croatian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
