About the Project
Youll be supporting one of the worlds top online travel platforms helping accommodation partners manage their listings and deliver outstanding guest experiences. From handling bookings to assisting with platform tools youll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
What Youll Be Doing
- Handle incoming communications from partners via phone email or chat
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to partner inquiries
- Assist with modifications related to rooms rates and availability
- Support partners with platform tools and functionalities
- Maintain a high level of service and ensure a positive partner experience
- Use internal tools and resources to deliver effective solutions
What You Bring
- Fluent Croatian and English (both required)
- EU citizenship or valid full Greek residence/work permit
- Willingness to relocate to Greece ASAP
- Previous customer support experience is a plus (not mandatory)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
