Daily Tasks
- Handle partner communications via phone email and chat
- Investigate and resolve issues efficiently
- Assist with updates to bookings availability and pricing
- Guide partners through system tools and processes
- Ensure a smooth and positive partner experience
- Maintain accuracy and professionalism in every interaction
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in Croatian and English
- EU passport or valid work authorization for Greece
- Ready to relocate quickly
- Previous experience is beneficial but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
