Job Summary


Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional customer experiences Join our team as a Customer Service Representative supporting a global this role you will provide high-quality support resolve customer inquiries and ensure a seamless experience for users in a fast-paced cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities


1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat with professionalism empathy and accuracy.

2. Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

3. Provide product and service information to customers in a clear and helpful manner.

4. Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.

5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Qualifications


1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

3. Fluent in Croatian (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2).

4. Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.

5. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

6. Willingness to relocate to Athens Greece.
