About the Project

• Manage incoming requests from partners through multiple channels
• Research and provide accurate solutions to partner concerns
• Assist with booking-related changes availability and pricing updates
• Support partners in navigating platform tools and systems

• Fluency in Croatian and English
• EU citizenship or valid Greek residence permit
• Availability to relocate to Greece immediately
• Customer service experience is a plus but not essential
