About the Project
In this role youll work with accommodation partners using a global travel platform helping them manage bookings optimize listings and resolve issues efficiently.
Your Role
- Respond to partner inquiries through multiple channels
- Provide accurate and efficient solutions
- Support booking changes pricing and availability updates
- Assist with system navigation and tools
- Deliver high-quality service and maintain satisfaction
- Follow established processes and guidelines
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian and English
- EU citizenship or valid Greek residence/work permit
- Willingness to relocate immediately
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
