Job Summary

Frontier Dental is growing and were looking for a Senior Recruiter / Talent Operations Lead to help us build the team that powers that growth.

This role will lead recruitment for corporate roles at our Markham head office while also supporting programs that help us attract and hire exceptional talent for distribution centers in both Canada and the US

What Youll Do

Lead full-cycle recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles at our Markham head office
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs define hiring strategies and deliver strong candidate pipelines
Provide a high-touch candidate experience from first contact through offer

Build recruitment programs

Support and evolve hiring programs that support talent acquisition
Collaborate with HR and operations leaders to improve hiring workflows and outcomes

Own recruiting operations

Work with recruitment systems and tools to track optimize and improve hiring processes
Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and partners
Help establish scalable recruitment practices as the company continues to grow

Strengthen employer brand

Contribute ideas and initiatives that elevate Frontier Dentals employment brand
Help attract talent by showcasing what makes our culture unique

What Were Looking For

Strong experience with full lifecycle recruitment
Experience working with recruitment systems / ATS platforms
Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers
Experience managing external recruitment vendors
Interest or experience in employer branding and talent marketing
Comfortable operating in a high-agency autonomous environment
Someone who is execution-focused organized and proactive
