Job Summary

Agree and deliver project or programme plans including activities resources costs roles responsibilities and quality as per IT Project Management Methodology ADF and SAP Activate
Manage budgets forecasts schedules risks change and status reporting Coordinate workstreams and manage dependencies across projects
Manage relationships with business collaborators capture requirements and communicate status issues and risks through meetings
Collaborate with and lead internal and external suppliers to ensure delivery as per standards
Ensure effective risk and issue management
Build and lead cross location project teams and drive team success
Manage scope changes ensuring proper approval and communication
Develop service transition plans for smooth handover to support
Ensure adherence to standards quality compliance and governance and lead review meetings
Ensure benefits realization aligns with project outcomes
Support development of project management best practices and standards

Education Qualifications and Experience
Technical or business degree or relevant experience
8 to 10 years of project management experience across full lifecycle
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of IT systems in business context
Experience with project management methodologies and standards
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of financial management and benefits delivery
Experience in project controls and supplier management
Good judgment and adherence to organizational values

Desirable
Experience in SAP Activate and agile methods including SAFe
Project or programme management certifications
Experience in global teams
Pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience
Masters degree
Experience with tools like Jira and testing tools
Self starter with high accountability
