JOB PURPOSE

PHINIA is seeking a SAP Demand to Supply Analyst to support the sustainment (operations) enhancement delivery and transformation of PHINIAs ERP ecosystem across the Demand to Supply value stream-covering Production Planning Manufacturing Execution and Warehouse Operations. This role will partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure stable daytoday SAP performance support ERP project delivery and contribute to PHINIAs SAP S/4HANA transformation program enabling scalable and standardized processes across global operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

  • Support endtoend execution of the SAP D2S workstream-configuration support IDoc/EDI/interface monitoring forms/labels security role updates testing L2/L3 escalation coordination and incident/request management-leveraging SAP Joule AI for proactive anomaly detection and guided troubleshooting.

  • Collaborate with Planning Manufacturing Warehouse and Quality teams to capture requirements resolve production issues and drive process improvements; use Joule AI to surface patterns in exceptions backlog drivers and cycletime delays.

  • Coordinate with internal IT and external vendors to deliver operational fixes enhancements and transformation outcomes; apply Joule AI recommendations to prioritize highimpact tickets and improvement opportunities.

  • Contribute to solution options effort estimates and implementation plans for D2S enhancements; use Joule AI for impact analysis test scope suggestions and documentation acceleration.

  • Support adoption of SAP S/4HANA fittostandard and D2S simplifications; use Joule AI to summarize simplification items dependencies and change impacts for stakeholders.

  • Assist modernization using SAP BTP (Integration Suite/CPI Workflow Extensions); leverage Joule AI prompts for mapping suggestions interface error rootcauses and quick howto guidance.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot integrations with MES PLM WMS/EWM Quality and Supply Chain tools (IDocs APIs middleware EDI); use Joule AI for error classification retry recommendations and correlation to masterdata defects.

  • Maintain and update Solution Manager / SAP Cloud ALM documentation (process maps config docs test scripts runbooks) with Jouleassisted drafting and consistency checks.

  • Support compliance and audit activities (SoD access controls process documentation) using Joule AI to summarize evidence highlight access anomalies and prevalidate control gaps.

  • Participate in S/4HANA transformation-fittostandard workshops SIT/UAT data validation cutover readiness and hypercare-using Joule AI for defect clustering duplicate detection and hypercare trend summaries.

  • Drive continuous improvement via automation scripts workflow simplification and process mining (e.g. Celonis/Power Automate) enhanced by Joule AI insights (bottlenecks rework loops variant analysis).

  • Execute assigned adhoc tasks across ERP operations reporting improvements and digital manufacturing integrations applying Joule AI to expedite analysis documentation and knowledge lookup.

What were looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related disciplines

  • 4 years of SAP functional/technofunctional experience in Demand to Supply in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience supporting endtoend flows across PP / PP-DS (nice to have) MM WM or EWM QM (module scope depends on the landscape).

  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA (preferred) with understanding of fittostandard and process harmonization

  • Strong functional understanding of D2S processes: MRP production orders BOM/routings goods movements inventory management warehouse execution and quality processes.

  • Experience in incident/problem/change handling and operational support (ITIL-aligned) including root cause analysis and stabilization initiatives.

  • Working knowledge of integrations: IDocs EDI RFCs REST/SOAP APIs middleware (e.g. CPI/PI/PO or equivalents) interface monitoring and reconciliation.

  • Documentation discipline: process flows functional specs configuration logs runbooks (Solution Manager / SAP Cloud ALM preferred)

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication especially with plant/business teams.

  • Reliable accountable and able to operate in a global multisite environment.

  • SAP Certified Application Associate in relevant module(s): PP / MM / EWM / QM (based on role focus).

  • SAP S/4HANA module certification (preferred if available).

  • SAP Activate (project delivery methodology) - nice to have.

  • ITIL Foundation - nice to have.
