Why your role matters
Reporting to the Director of AGSM Executive Education the Head of Product and Program Implementation provides senior leadership over the Navigator platform product strategy and learner success. The immediate priority is stabilising and optimising program implementation to ensure seamless transitions from contract to launch. By leading high-performing teams this role champions the strategic reuse of learning assets and fosters a customer-centric culture that aligns delivery with evolving market needs.
This position requires a tech-savvy strategic thinker who can drive value-add efficiencies and innovation within the constraints of legacy systems. Beyond day-to-day management of three direct reports the role is designed to elevate the units strategic capability and scalability. The ideal leader will leverage technological advances to improve productivity and ensure deep integration across sales and operations delivering high-quality impactful learning experiences.
