Job Summary

Job Description: Administrative Clerk (Remote)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team including data entry filing and document management.
  • Coordinate schedules meetings and appointments for the team members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication including emails and phone calls.
  • Assist with preparing reports presentations and other documents as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience working remotely and managing tasks efficiently.
