As a Services Team leader - Warehouse & Logistics Ops you will lead coordinate or oversees warehouse & logistics operations across Singapore.

As an Services Team leader - Warehouse & Logistics Ops you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that the internal and 3rd party warehouses operate at peak efficiency by supervising organizing and training warehouse employees and establishing monitoring and managing operational goals.
• Developing warehouse operations procedures by determining product handling and storage requirements equipment utilization inventory gate processes and shipping methods.

• Knowledge of the disciplines of warehouse management and distribution

• Overseeing daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
• Reviewing and preparing workflows staffing requirements space allocations equipment layouts and action plans that meet company standards for productivity quality and customer service.
• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by establishing & enforcing standards & procedures and by complying with legal regulations.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have bachelors degree or equivalent in logistics or supply chain management.
• Have 5 years or more experience in warehousing / Distribution / Operations / Asset and/or Inventory management in oil & gas oilfield services industry.
• Have working experience in both Manufacturing and Operations sites/environments

• Demonstrated front-line supervisor 4 years ofexperience managing and supervising personnel and operator
• Have Knowledge and experience with the usage ofbarcoding radio frequency identification (RFID) Mobile scanners QR codes and other WH Digital hardware/software skills ( additional)

• Have proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies ability to deliver effective feedback both written and verbal
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
