负责强生医疗对外事务及商业运营部门的数字化工作主导业务需求转化计划制定资源协调与质量把控需有扎实的IT背景5年及以上项目管理经验具备人工智能AI应用实践经验或熟悉医疗行业业务或系统者优先
主要职责
全面独立负责项目的立项计划执行监控收尾工作确保按时按质按预算交付
需与项目相关方多轮深度沟通清晰梳理并确认需求驱动需求落地
制作并维护项目计划里程碑资源计划及风险/问题清单跟踪推进并报告项目进展
负责项目变更管理和供应商/外包管理协调跨团队冲突与依赖
参与或主导解决方案评审确保系统设计满足业务与合规需求
对项目关键交付物用户手册测试用例实施方案等进行把控与验收
推动项目后评估与经验沉淀不断优化交付流程与方法论
使用数据化工具进行数据建模报表与仪表盘开发支持项目数据可视化与决策分析
对现有系统和流程变化有统筹规划能力
