Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.

Youll play a key role in ensuring supplier selection executing commodity strategies and fostering supplier relationships to meet Quality Cost Delivery and Technical (QCDT) objectives. Day-to-day youll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as supplier quality teams project stakeholders and global procurement teams) prepare and launch requests for quotations and manage supplier performance and much more.

Youll specifically take care of setting up full supplier selection processes but also support global supplier panel relationships.

Well look to you for:

• Setting up a full supplier selection process:

  • Preparing and launching requests for quotations with suppliers

  • Running standard negotiations and preparing business awards

  • Monitoring procurement project QCDT and legal project evolution

• Supporting commodity strategy and building supplier relationships:

  • Consolidating commodity needs and actively participating in commodity strategy development

  • Supporting supplier panel relationships including managing performance and mitigating risks

  • Ensuring effective teamwork with internal customers and stakeholders to solve problems

• Performance measurements:

  • Savings P&L and Cost to Complete

  • Non-Conformities Event and On-Time Delivery

  • Panel situation supplier compliance status rate

• Business School degree or Masters in Purchasing

• Experience or understanding of procurement processes in an international environment

• Fluency in English and French

• Knowledge of supplier management and negotiation techniques

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and analytical tools

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to challenges
