As a Loan Services Officeryou will assist with developing and maintaining effective relationships with Sales and Distribution staff whist concurrently liaising with various stakeholders (internal / external) to ensure seamless end to end settlement processing for our customers nationally.
You will bring your relationship building skills to maintain strong relationships both within your team and across the wider Business and Agribusiness Team and stakeholders. These stakeholders include our Government partners customers solicitors and advisors.
Furthermore you will bring your keen eye for detail recommend alternative solutions based on changing customer or business needs all whilst delivering a professional customer experience.
In the case of Exceptions/Escalated Issues you are proactive to deal with them promptly and viable solutions are put forward and implemented so as to avoid these being repeated. You will work with our risk partners and stakeholders to ensure a positive outcome for the business and our customers.
This is a 12-month opportunity and we offer flexible work options that put our people first with a hybrid model of minimum 60% (2 days a week) on site attendance.
