What We Offer
As Tech Lead you will be the driving force behind our Martech development from a technical perspective. You will own the technical package for systems and applications within marketing CRM and connected customer-facing solutions ensuring development follows established processes architectural principles and quality standards.
You will contribute to Kappahls continued expansion and digitalization journey by securing technical stability scalability and long-term sustainability. The role combines strategic and hands-on responsibilities including architecture lifecycle management technical analysis testing and incident handling.
You will work closely with application leads product owners architects stakeholders and external partners to support well-informed decisions and high-quality technical solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the technical solutions and lifecycle management (LCM) for marketing/CRM systems and related customer experience platforms.
- Lead technical development and changes in accordance with Kappahls development model and IT strategy with focus on architecture integrations and technical quality.
- Contribute with technical analysis solution design and input during backlog refinement and decision-making forums acting as a technical advisor to application leads product owners and stakeholders.
- Ensure that relevant technical testing is planned and executed according to routines including technical validation of changes integration testing and coordination with involved parties when needed.
- Identify prioritize and reduce technical debt; plan and coordinate upgrades patches and lifecycle activities.
- Develop and maintain technical development plans and roadmaps together with the application lead and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor SLAs KPIs and supplier agreements from a technical perspective and ensure that technical documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support troubleshooting and technical investigations related to integrations APIs data flows logs triggers and platform behavior in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Proactively identify and propose technical improvements within the area based on system capabilities architecture and opportunities in existing platforms including the evaluated use of AI to improve technical efficiency automation and ways of working.
- Continuously develop your own skills through business insights networking and seminars.
