Who is your future team

Youllbe part of theNordicMarketing team reporting to theManager Marketing - Nordics. The team covers the full marketing mix across the region and works in close collaboration with HQ and EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) marketing functions to ensure consistency and high impact. Together the team values openness collaboration and a shared drive to strengthen the Axis brand in the market.

Whatyoulldo here as a Channel Marketing Specialist

As a Channel Marketing Specialist you are a key driver of the Axis brand in the Nordic sub-region.Youllown a specific area of the marketing effort balancing strategic planning with daily hands-on execution to ensure our partners and customers get the right marketing support at the right time.

• Develop and manage the channel marketing plan and budgetfor your area of the Nordic sub-region including yearly quarterly and monthly planning with clear targets and recommendations.

• Drive marketing activities with distribution and channel partnersensuring strong partner relationships and impactful co-marketing initiatives.

• Localiseand execute corporate and EMEA marketing campaignsadapting themforthe Nordic market.

• Collaborate cross-functionallywith sales HQ marketing and regional teams to ensure activities are relevanttimely and aligned with business needs.

• Track measure and report on marketing activity ROIusing insights to continuously improve effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.

Wedlove to hear that you have:

• Abachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field or equivalent experience

• Demonstrated experience in channel marketing ideally within an IT or technology company

• Experience independently managing projects timelines and budgets

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders

• Fluency in both Swedish and English written and spoken

• A confident and clear communication style with the ability to deliver presentations to different audiences and seniority levels

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Bonus points if you also bring:

• Familiarity withadditionalNordic or European languages

• Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms CRM systems or digital campaign tools

• Experience from the security or surveillance technology industry

Travel:Occasional travel within the region a few times per year.
