About the role

As Paid Marketing & Affiliate Lead at Haglöfs you will play a key role in driving growth and profitability across our paid digital and affiliate channels with a strong focus on e-commerce performance.

You will work hands-on across the full funnel from driving high-quality traffic to improving conversion and overall business close collaboration with our E-commerce Brand & Marketing and Media teams as well as external partners you will continuously optimise campaigns test new opportunities and identify ways to improve results.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment takes ownership and wants to make a clear and measurable impact on business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Marketing

  • Own performance targets (growth and ROAS) across all paid digital channels
  • Plan allocate and optimise budgets across the full funnel (Meta Google programmatic retail media) in collaboration with Media Manager PR and DTC teams
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to continuously improve performance and efficiency
  • Ensure the right content is activated in the right channels aligned with campaign objectives
  • Drive a consistent full-funnel approach across paid owned and organic channels
  • Contribute to traffic and revenue growth for e-commerce while indirectly supporting retail and other sales channels
  • Ensure accurate tracking tagging and attribution using GA4 GTM and Meta Pixel
  • Manage and optimise product feeds for performance channels
  • Build and maintain weekly and monthly performance reporting (ROAS funnel metrics conversion performance)
  • Identify and execute continuous optimisation opportunities across channels creatives and conversion funnels
  • Stay up to date with developments in MarTech automation attribution models AI-driven bidding strategies and first-party data

Affiliate Marketing

  • Own and grow the affiliate channel with clear revenue and profitability targets
  • Manage and develop relationships with affiliate networks and key partners
  • Expand presence across high-quality publishers aligned with brand and growth strategy (e.g. cashback platforms editorial publishers comparison sites influencer and creator networks)
  • Continuously optimise commission structures partner mix and campaign performance
  • Identify and develop new affiliate opportunities including content partnerships strategic collaborations and international expansion
  • Collaborate with Brand & Marketing to develop and optimise creative assets for affiliate channels

Cross-channel & Strategic Responsibility

  • Ensure a seamless and cohesive customer journey across site paid media and organic channels
  • Identify synergies between affiliate paid and other marketing touchpoints to maximise overall performance
  • Contribute to the digital growth strategy and performance marketing roadmap in collaboration with Media and E-commerce teams

Skills & Requirements

  • 35 years of experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition within retail e-commerce or agency environments including hands-on affiliate marketing experience
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns across Google YouTube Meta and affiliate channels with strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing
  • Solid experience working with affiliate networks and tools (e.g. Awin Tradedoubler Impact) including commission models partner optimisation and performance tracking
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in CRO funnel analysis budget management and performance reporting
  • Advanced knowledge of GA4 GTM Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Looker Studio and A/B testing tools
  • Strong commercial mindset with a data-driven approach and confidence working with KPIs and performance metrics
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken

Your workplace will be at our headquarters in Alvik Stockholm. At the end of 2026 we will move to our new unique headquarters in the attractive Slakthusområdet district.
