Ottawa Public Library (OPL) provides accessible innovative library and information services throughout the City of Ottawa that meet the unique needs of diverse communities delivered through a range of vehicles and reflecting a citizen-centred approach.
You are responsible for participating in the planning process for Ottawa Public Library technology services; leading technology initiatives that drive innovation and transformation within the library system; enhancing services and addressing the evolving technology needs and responsibilities include managing technology projects from inception to completion collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs effectively resolving conflicts to maintain project momentum and staying updated on advancements in automation and enterprise systems to inform strategic decisions and support Library management.
4 year degree in business administration public administration commerce computer science or related field
Minimum of 5 years of related experience in business technology planning and evaluation project management performance measurement and system analysis
