About the Team
The Workday Field Services Executive team plays a meaningful role in connecting Workdays services organizations ensuring that we are supporting subscription sales by differentiating Workdays services approach and methodology as well as ensuring that our customers are set up to be successful in their deployment projects and meet their business objectives.Our aim is to be trusted advisors to our prospects and customers working to Workdays core values of Customer Service and Integrity and protecting Workdays consistent track record of customer happiness.
Successful candidates will be passionate about working as part of an account team supporting sales cycles; engaging with customers to develop deployment strategies and plans that meet their requirements; and handling detailed and sophisticated information to prepare estimates proposals and contracts.

About the Role
As a Workday Field Services Executive for our Professional Services organization you will be responsible for planning management and execution of all Professional Services business development activities in your area.
You will be a key team member of the Workday Services team working alongside the Workday Account Executives driving Workday Subscription sales across Workdays market segments.
Youll use your experience with consulting sales and project delivery to help prospects put together a plan for a successful project including resources timeline and costs.
What youll do:
Understand the competitive landscape and prospect needs so you can effectively position the value of Workdays innovative deployment methodology and Professional Services.
Present Workday Customer Services overview and conduct services discovery sessions.
Create and validate Professional Services Proposals and high-level Project Plans.
Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with Workday Service Partners.
Assess project team training needs for prospects and customers.
Maintain accurate and timely prospect pipeline and service forecast data.
Manage negotiate and close Professional Services Agreements Statements of Work and other contractual documentation.
Provide support for services activities and events.
Youll employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Workdays SaaS Solutions and Platform technologies as the efficient modern alternative and you will be a professional in Workdays innovative deployment methodology.
You will work closely with Workday Services Partners to help them plan successful projects and grow their business.

Présenter une vue densemble des services à la clientèle de Workday et organiser des sessions de découverte des services.
Rédiger et valider des propositions de services professionnels et des plans de projet.
Entretenir des relations mutuellement bénéfiques avec les partenaires des Services Workday.
Évaluer les besoins en formation de léquipe de projet pour les clients potentiels et les clients existants.
Maintenir des données prévisionnelles précises et actualisées sur les clients potentiels les clients existants et les services.
Gérer négocier et conclure des accords de services professionnels des énoncés des travaux et dautres documents contractuels.
Apporter votre soutien aux activités et aux événements liés aux services.
Mettre en œuvre des stratégies commerciales efficaces pour positionner avec succès les solutions SaaS et les technologies de la plateforme Workday comme une alternative moderne et performante et devenir un expert de la méthodologie de déploiement innovante de Workday.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires des Services Workday pour les accompagner dans la réussite de leurs projets et la croissance de leur entreprise.

About You
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 years experience leading any Financial or HCM Software implementation projects (Financial or HCM Software solutions)
- Experience (6 years) in Professional Services Sales (Financial HCM ERP) is a highly valuable qualification
- French and English verbal and written communication
- Because this role will support clients in Quebec Canada and the United States it does require a candidate to be bilingual: English/French.
Other Qualifications:
- Workday Implementation experience highly preferred
- Proven track record in managing sophisticated services sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful service revenue and profitability attainment preferred
- Understand and can optimally explain the benefits of cloud architecture.
- Solid understanding of vendors products and services in the Financials Enterprise Application space.
- Great presentation skills while participating in a fast-paced sophisticated product and services sales cycle.
- Strong attention to detail and experience with commercial processes and tools including RFP responses project calculation and/or estimation tools and scope description and/or contract documentation
- Strong business development skills with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities building strategic partnerships and driving organizational growth through new initiatives and customer retention strategies.
- Proven ability to effectively manage service delivery ensuring customer satisfaction through streamlined processes efficient resource allocation and a focus on meeting expectations.
- Demonstrated experience in professional services sales with a focus on understanding client needs effectively presenting value and building strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction and achieve revenue goals.
- An innate sense of personal initiative with the ability to proactively identify and pursue opportunities overcome obstacles and drive innovation and efficiency
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

- Dexcellentes habiletés en présentation dans le cadre dun cycle de vente de produits et de services dynamique et complexe.
- Un grand souci du détail et une expérience des processus et outils commerciaux notamment en matière de réponses aux appels doffres doutils de calcul ou destimation de projets ainsi que de description du champ dapplication ou de documentation relative au contrat
- Une solide habileté en développement commercial axée sur le ciblage et lexploitation des occasions de marché létablissement de partenariats stratégiques et la stimulation de la croissance de lorganisation grâce à de nouvelles initiatives et à des stratégies de fidélisation de la clientèle.
- Une capacité avérée à gérer efficacement la prestation de services en assurant la satisfaction des clients grâce à des processus rationalisés à une affectation efficace des ressources et en se concentrant sur la satisfaction de leurs attentes.
- Une expérience avérée dans la vente de services professionnels qui met laccent sur la compréhension des besoins des clients la mise en avant efficace de la valeur ajoutée et létablissement de relations solides afin de favoriser la satisfaction des clients et datteindre les objectifs de chiffre daffaires.
- Un sens inné de linitiative personnelle associé à la capacité de recenser et de saisir les occasions de manière proactive de surmonter les obstacles et de favoriser linnovation et lefficacité
