Job Summary

Maintenance Staff Opportunity Available! Delcastle Golf Course has a Part-Time Maintenance position available.

General Purpose:

Provides daily housekeeping laundry towel services and general maintenance services for all aspects of the operation including offices public spaces restroom facilities grounds and other areas as required.

Essential Duties:

Performs general housekeeping and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to electrical mechanical and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to emptying trash cans sweeping walkways picking up litter and arranging outdoor furniture.
Assure maintenanceof the tennis courts and swimming pool.
Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to emptying trash cans and ashtrays sweeping vacuuming dusting and arranging furniture.
Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.
Performs other duties as required.

Education/Experience:

Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:

Frequently uses hands reaches with hands and arms.
Regularly climbs balances stoops kneels crouches crawls stands walks sits.
Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.

Environment/Noise:

Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions near moving mechanical parts fumes or airborne particles.
Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions.
Noise level is moderate.

Certificates/Licenses:

No certifications or licenses are required.

Job Knowledge Skill and Ability Preferences:

Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
