Job Summary

Mobile Engineer (HVAC / Facilities Maintenance)

Schedule: 8:30 AM 4:30 PM (flexible) occasional OT
Location: Multi-site (approx. 25 locations)
Vehicle/Tools: Company van and tools provided

Overview:
Were seeking a skilled Mobile Engineer with strong HVAC experience to maintain and service multiple facilities. This role focuses on preventative maintenance troubleshooting and repair of building systems across commercial and residential sites.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems (primary focus)
Service plumbing electrical (lighting) and general building systems
Diagnose issues and implement corrective actions
Complete work orders using Corrigo
Travel between sites to ensure optimal facility performance
Maintain equipment tools and inventory
Ensure safety compliance and proper handling of materials
Coordinate and monitor work from outside contractors

Requirements:

57 years of commercial facilities or HVAC experience
Strong HVAC troubleshooting skills (no boilers or appliance repair)
EPA 608 Type II (Universal preferred)
Valid drivers license
Basic computer skills (work orders reporting)

Preferred:

Trade school training in HVAC refrigeration or electrical
