Role Summary
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for building and managing DataForce by TransPerfects B2C presence across social media platforms with a focus on brand awareness audience engagement paid media and participant sourcing/recruitment campaigns.
This role owns endtoend social media content strategy and execution including ideation scripting planning production publishing and performance optimization. The Specialist will create film edit and appear in content to deliver an authentic credible and engaging brand voice that resonates with diverse global audiences.
The Social Media Specialist collaborates closely with Community Engagement and Sourcing teams as well as external creators to expand reach drive participation and ensure alignment between social media efforts and business goals.
Role Responsibilities
Plan and optimize organic and paid social media campaigns (TikTok Instagram Facebook YouTube) to support recruitment and B2C goals.
Own end-to-end content creation including appearing in content and maintain a consistent relatable brand voice.
Manage content calendars aligned with campaign priorities.
Track and analyze performance (KPIs engagement audience insights) to continuously improve campaigns.
Manage paid social (targeting budgeting optimization) and test scalable formats.
Conduct competitor and trend research to inform strategy and best practices.
Collaborate with influencers creators and cross-functional teams to maximize reach and ensure aligned execution.
Role Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Proven experience in digital content creation for TikTok Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube including filming and/or appearing in video content.
Strong understanding of social media KPIs analytics and performance tracking.
Demonstrated expertise in running and optimizing paid social media campaigns.
Handson experience with content creation and editing tools (e.g. Canva CapCut or similar).
Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong criticalthinking and problemsolving skills.
Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Comfortable working crossfunctionally in a fastpaced resultsoriented environment.
Creative mindset combined with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
Preferred Role Requirements
Experience supporting recruitment/sourcing/talent acquisition research or communitydriven campaigns.
Experience working with influencer or creator partnerships.
Comfort adapting content for different cultural and regional contexts.
