Aurora Live is building Europes most wanted executive network and a high-performance commercial engine for B2B tech companies.
We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist to help us scale results with speed across paid channels. Youll directly work with our Growth Marketing Manager owning campaign execution diving into performance data and moving fast on creative experiments.
What youll do
Paid campaign execution
Build and optimize campaigns in ad platforms (LinkedIn Meta Google) structuring campaign groups/audiences setting campaign objectives bid strategies conversion tracking landing pages and UTM parameters.
Monitor daily and monthly spend pacing across campaigns and markets adjusting bids and reallocating budget within agreed parameters to hit targets.
Plan and optimise landing pages aligning page messaging to ad creative and running tests to improve form completion rates.
Reporting & analysis
Track core campaign metrics daily/weekly: impressions clicks CTR CPL conversion rate and spend pacing.
Identify patterns across channels to inform testing priorities.
Prepare weekly performance summaries and flag anomalies or opportunities to the team.
Creative & content
Create multiple ad copy variants per campaign tailored to audience segment and funnel stage.
Brief designers on new creative visual concepts and iterate based on performance.
Plan and produce content offers to support lead gen (guides case studies short-form assets).
Run fast creative experiments launch measure learn repeat.
What were looking for
13 years of hands-on experience in paid media (LinkedIn Meta and/or Google) especially in B2B.
Can manage multiple campaigns across channels and markets simultaneously from initial setup through to ongoing optimisation.
Comfortable pulling and interpreting campaign data you can spot an anomaly form a hypothesis and know what to test next.
Comfortable changing direction fast when data or priorities shift you find a way forward you dont wait for a new brief.
