As a Security Officer Health Service Patrol in Wellington FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents and support staff patients and visitors with clear communication and customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including medical facility disturbances suspicious activity and/or requests for assistance from staff.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings corridors parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by assignment.
• Monitor access points and help manage visitor traffic by verifying identification directing guests to appropriate areas and/or assisting with badging procedures as required by site policy.
• Document routine and unusual activity including incident details and patrol observations and communicate updates to Allied Universal leadership and on-site contacts per post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Have 1 years of security experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be 21 years of age.
• A state county or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
