Job Summary
Job: Tax Administrator
Salary: 25000 - 30000
Location: Milan (hybrid available)
We are currently recruiting for a Tax Administrator to join our dynamic and highly proactive VAT Compliance team. The candidates must be self-starters strongly motivated and clear communicators at all levels. The successful individual needs to demonstrate their ability to work independently and proactively in our practice that is above anything client-focused.
Tax Administrator the role
Calculating and filing European VAT returns in a detailed and timely
manner ensuring the highest accuracy is maintained.
Communicating with the tax offices regarding your clients accounts
and obligations.
Liaison with Tax authorities on VAT issues.
Managing VAT administrative duties and paperwork.
Managing VAT queries from both internal and external stakeholders.
Remaining up to date with VAT law and any changes in VAT legislation.
Providing great customer service to build trust rapport and a strong relationship with your portfolio.
Ad hoc projects as and when they arise.
Tax Administrator the person
Essential
Confident and with excellent communication skills for client interaction and engagement.
Excellent verbal and writing skills in Italian and English.
Organised and proven ability to work under pressure and meet
deadlines.
Works well in a small team as well as independently.
Excellent multi-tasking ability.
Desirable
Experience working in VAT/Accountancy/Finance department.
