Our ACC and Non New Zealand Resident team is looking for a Coordinator to join their team on a permanent full-time (40 hours per week) basis. This is a senior administrative role.
The tasks in this role are varied so flexibility and adaptability are essential. You will need to manage a high workload work effectively with minimal supervision and maintain a strong attention to detail when processing and managing ACC documentation and invoicing.
Experience with ACC systems processes and requirements is essential along with strong computer skills. Knowledge of WebPas and RCP systems and experience with financial processes particularly invoicing and reconciliation would be advantageous.
In this role you will be responsible for proactively identifying and implementing process improvements.
