About the Role

Our ACC and Non New Zealand Resident team is looking for a Coordinator to join their team on a permanent full-time (40 hours per week) basis. This is a senior administrative role.

The tasks in this role are varied so flexibility and adaptability are essential. You will need to manage a high workload work effectively with minimal supervision and maintain a strong attention to detail when processing and managing ACC documentation and invoicing.

Experience with ACC systems processes and requirements is essential along with strong computer skills. Knowledge of WebPas and RCP systems and experience with financial processes particularly invoicing and reconciliation would be advantageous.

In this role you will be responsible for proactively identifying and implementing process improvements.

About the Location

Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty is spread across a vast geographical area and centred across two hospitals based in Tauranga and Whakatāne.

We serve a population of approximately 308000 for the major population centres of Tauranga Katikati Te Puke Whakatāne Kawerau and Ōpōtiki. Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty is one of the Bay of Plentys largest employers with over 4500 staff.

About you

The ideal applicant will:

  • Be experienced with ACC systems processes and requirements
  • Have excellent computer skills particularly with Word Excel Outlook
  • Have experience working in a regulatory environment
  • Be able to cope with a high workload
  • Have experience and knowledge of WebPas and rCP
  • Also have financial experience with invoicing
