Contact us via: Email: Qualifications 5 years of Director-level or higher leadership experience in home health operations (required) Hospice leadership experience preferred Minimum of 2 years overseeing multiple locations or regional operations Proven experience driving census growth operational performance and financial results Strong understanding of regulatory compliance within home health and hospice services Demonstrated ability to lead executive teams and mentor site-level leadership Knowledge of the Ohio healthcare market preferred Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership for multiple home health and hospice agencies across the region Supervise and support Executive Directors and site leadership teams Drive regional census growth and support business development initiatives Ensure compliance with all federal state and regulatory requirements across all locations Maintain and improve quality metrics patient outcomes and operational performance Monitor financial performance including labor management and cost containment Lead operational initiatives that improve efficiency patient experience and organizational performance Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning regional growth and market expansion With over 29 years of collective experience Full Spectrum has built management and leadership teams for some of the most prominent operators in the country.
