About the Role
As a Director of Security you will be safeguarding hotel assets and assisting with the daily operations of the Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safety and protection of hotel guests staff assets and other resources by developing and maintaining an organization that is responsive to the current continuing and immediately foreseeable security safety and health / hygiene requirements of the Hotel.
- Design and implement security plans policies and procedures; conduct regular reviews and keep updating the existing policies and procedures.
- Conduct continuing Vulnerability Assessments and identify all risks affecting the Hotel.
- Attend all necessary meetings included but not limited to daily morning briefings safety committee performance management meetings.
- Ensure all necessary internal department meetings are conducted such as dialogue and operational meetings.
- Deliver superior security service for special events and VIP visits.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by senior management.
About You
- Higher Diploma or above with professional qualifications in Security Management or related disciplines.
- Possession of Hong Kong Security Personnel Permit.
- 10 years relevant experience with 5 years in the Hotel / Private Club Industry.
- Ability to assess risks and perform independent security operations review and audits.
- Sound knowledge of security access control system alarm monitoring system & CCTV system.
- Excellent command of both written and oral English and Chinese.
