Launched in 2014 we started operations in Singapore and have become the regions largest and fastest growing last-mile logistics company partnering with over 35000 merchants and delivering more than 1000 parcels every minute across six countries.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to support the Recruitment team in daily hiring activities including candidate sourcing interview scheduling and reference role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process while working closely with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate is communicative people-oriented and has strong administrative and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative aspects in Recruitment ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing top talent coordinating interviews and conducting thorough reference checks
- Maintain and update candidate records in our database ensuring information is current and accurate
- Responsible to handle WhatsApp and candidatechats
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate or Final Year Student from Psychology Management or related field
- Interested inadministrative processes and data-driven work
- Tech-savvy familiar withMicrosoft Office or Google Workspace (GSheets GDocs GSlides)
- Good English communication skills both written and verbal
- Fast learner proactive detail-oriented and able to work in a team
- Willing towork from office for a 3-month internship period
