Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a professional and informative sales experience
Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Maintain detailed knowledge of vehicle features inventory and current incentives
Follow up with customers and prospects through phone email and text communication
Build and maintain relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Work closely with the finance department to complete vehicle purchases
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets
Participate in ongoing training and dealership sales meetings

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
