Location: Lebanon PA 17042
Position Type: Contract
Contract Length: 5 Weeks
Shift: 7:00 AM 03:30 PM
Pay Rate: $60/HR
Job summary:
We are seeking a compassionate RN Unit Manager who is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations within a designated nursing unit. This role ensures high-quality patient care regulatory compliance and effective coordination among nursing staff. The Unit Manager supervises nursing personnel manages patient care plans and acts as a liaison between staff residents families and healthcare providers.
Job duties:
- Supervise and support nursing staff including RNs LPNs and CNAs
- Coordinate and monitor patient care plans and treatments
- Ensure compliance with state federal and facility regulations
- Conduct patient assessments and participate in care planning
- Active CPR/BLS certification
