The Mission: You will be the technical and functional authority for Cash Management and Payments steering the required outcomes for global financial products.

This involves expert-level configuration of SAP Treasury solutions in S/4HANA leading end-to-end testing and managing the critical transition through cutover and hypercare phases.

You will bridge the gap between high-level financial strategy and stable transactional IT solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years experience in SAP Finance/Treasury functional roles including template rollouts or multi-market implementations
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field;
• Relevant postgraduate certification advantageous
• Demonstrable track record implementing/configuring SAP Treasury solutions in S/4HANA and supporting end-to-end testing cutover and hypercare

Essential Skills (Verified):

• Deep functional expertise in SAP Treasury modules (e.g. Treasury and Risk Management Cash Management Bank Communication Management)
• Strong experience configuring SAP S/4HANA Financial modules and integrating Treasury processes into the S/4 landscape
• Proven ability to perform Fit-to-Template workshops and drive FIT/GAP analysis
• Extensive experience in solution design process configuration and parameterisation following a global template approach
• Strong testing skills including unit testing integration testing and support of system integration tests
• Experience with end user authorisation role scoping and basic SAP authorization knowledge
• Excellent documentation skills: creation and maintenance of functional specs configuration guides and test scripts
• Familiarity with integration scenarios to external systems (bank interfaces SWIFT host-to-host middleware)
• Proficiency using collaboration and ALM tools such as Jira Confluence and Xray (or equivalent)
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional Feature Team members

Advantageous Skills:

• Lead Fit-to-Template workshops for Treasury modules and drive FIT/GAP analysis with markets and feature team experts
• Configure Treasury functionality within the GFBB SAP S/4HANA template and tailor solutions where approved GAPS exist
• Design and document functional specifications configuration guides business process flows and test scripts
• Coordinate end-to-end integration scenarios between Treasury and other finance modules external bank interfaces and middleware
• Support development teams by translating functional requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Lead and execute unit tests integration tests and support system integration testing; ensure test coverage and defect resolution
• Define and scope end-user authorization roles relevant to Treasury processes and collaborate with security teams for implementation
• Prepare and support Go-Live activities: cutover planning runbooks data migration verification and hypercare support
• Provide subject matter expertise during market rollouts and act as primary functional contact for Treasury-related queries
• Proactively identify process improvements template refinements and automation opportunities to enhance global template support
• Maintain and update all functional documentation and ensure knowledge transfer to local market teams and support units
• Work closely with Product/Feature Team members (functional technical QA and change) to ensure timely delivery and quality of Treasury capabilities
• Understand the business requirements preparing AS-IS and TO-BE documents and get sign-off from users for Business Blueprint document
• ABAP debugging beneficial (Workbench related knowledge of new development/enhancements)
• Setting up the organization structure of Materials Management and perform all relevant configuration for example Purchase Organisation Valuation Area Plants Storage Location and Warehouse structure
• Preparation of testing documents and perform internal testing
• Preparation of Master Data templates for various objects like Material Master Vendor Master Excise Master Info-records Source List and Purchase Orders.
• Integration testing with other modules
• Understand interfaces IDOC and RFCs processing
• Preparing the cut over strategy for MM objects
• Preparing User manuals and conducting training to business process owners
• Go-live preparation and post Go-live support
• Interaction with clients through meetings calls and emails
• Handling Tickets and Tasks with the responsibility for closing the same within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
• Responsible for troubleshooting issues for the system and providing support
• Executing the required changes through configuration
• Executing the analysis and resolution of Production Support calls
• Raising Change Requests (CRs) and writing Functional Specifications for them
• Preparing test data for testing of CRs (Change Requests)
• Testing CRs (Change Requests) and preparing test results
• Carrying out regression testing
• Interact with consultants of other modules
• User interface transactional solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Engagement/requirement to upskill in the following product core technologies:
• Experience in global template rollouts and market rollout coordination within a global finance backbone (GFBB) context
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA specific Treasury innovations and Fiori front-end capabilities
• SAP certifications related to Finance/Treasury or S/4HANA
• Experience with bank connectivity standards (SWIFT EBICS) and bank master data management
• Prior exposure to SAP HANA performance considerations and data migration approaches
• Familiarity with SAP FI/CO modules (FI CO) and related master data impacts
• German language skills (advantageous for some stakeholder interactions)
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams and knowledge of Agile ceremonies
• Ability to work across time zones and occasional flexibility for weekends or extended hours during cutovers
• Experience with Go-Live and hypercare activities for finance-focused implementations
